Both Paradise and Rock Springs are located approximately 50 minutes north of downtown Nashville. This allows groups to enjoy the privacy and focus of a dedicated retreat environment while still being within reach of the city for optional dining, entertainment, or extensions to their stay.

How far are Firefly Venues from the nearest airports?

Firefly Venues is approximately 50 minutes from Nashville International Airport (BNA), providing convenient access for national and international travelers while still allowing guests to transition into a more private, distraction-free retreat setting.

For private aviation, the Gallatin Municipal Airport is located just 10 minutes from both Paradise and Rock Springs. The airport accommodates private aircraft and offers a seamless arrival option for executive teams, speakers, or VIP guests.

Our team can coordinate ground transportation from either airport to ensure a smooth and stress-free arrival experience.

Do you provide transportation to and from the airport or for off-site activities?

Firefly Venues does not directly provide transportation services. However, our team is happy to coordinate airport transfers, executive transportation, or off-site activity transport on your behalf. We work with trusted local partners to ensure seamless arrivals, departures, and curated experiences throughout your retreat.

Are gatherings truly private?

Yes. All Firefly leadership gatherings are full-property exclusive use engagements. No outside groups share the property during your stay.

Is staff visible throughout the stay?

Staff presence is intentionally discreet. Support is available and responsive, but never intrusive.

How is housekeeping handled?

Under the Firefly Retreat Package, shared spaces are refreshed daily to maintain flow and professionalism. Trash is removed and common areas are maintained discreetly.

Individual guest rooms are not serviced during the stay unless requested in advance, preserving privacy and retreat rhythm.

For groups seeking an elevated hospitality layer, a luxury accommodation package may be added; daily room refresh, robes and slippers, espresso service, and additional comfort amenities.

Does the building blocks model change privacy?

No. Privacy remains constant.

Whether structured as a comprehensive Firefly Retreat Package or through an Exclusive Use + Building Blocks approach, the gathering remains a full-property private engagement.
