How far are the properties from downtown Nashville?

Both Paradise and Rock Springs are located approximately 50 minutes north of downtown Nashville. This allows groups to enjoy the privacy and focus of a dedicated retreat environment while still being within reach of the city for optional dining, entertainment, or extensions to their stay.

How far are Firefly Venues from the nearest airports?

Firefly Venues is approximately 50 minutes from Nashville International Airport (BNA), providing convenient access for national and international travelers while still allowing guests to transition into a more private, distraction-free retreat setting.

For private aviation, the Gallatin Municipal Airport is located just 10 minutes from both Paradise and Rock Springs. The airport accommodates private aircraft and offers a seamless arrival option for executive teams, speakers, or VIP guests.

Our team can coordinate ground transportation from either airport to ensure a smooth and stress-free arrival experience.

Do you provide transportation to and from the airport or for off-site activities?

Firefly Venues does not directly provide transportation services. However, our team is happy to coordinate airport transfers, executive transportation, or off-site activity transport on your behalf. We work with trusted local partners to ensure seamless arrivals, departures, and curated experiences throughout your retreat.

Are gatherings truly private?

Yes. All Firefly leadership gatherings are full-property exclusive use engagements. No outside groups share the property during your stay.

Your team occupies the estate in its entirety, ensuring privacy across lodging, meeting spaces, dining environments, and evening settings.

Is staff visible throughout the stay?

Staff presence is intentionally discreet. Support is available and responsive, but never intrusive.

The experience is structured so that service feels seamless rather than operationally visible.

Can we host clients or invited guests?

Yes. Many private leadership weekends are structured around executive hosting.

We can accommodate invited guests, portfolio company leaders, or key stakeholders as part of the gathering design, depending on room configuration and overall scope.

Can we request additional privacy or security measures?

Yes. For groups requiring heightened privacy protocols, additional measures can be coordinated in advance.

We are accustomed to hosting ownership-level conversations where confidentiality is essential.

How do meals work?

Meals are structured as hosted experiences designed to support conversation rather than formality.

Menus are coordinated in advance with dietary considerations addressed discreetly. Culinary enhancements and specialty dining experiences may be layered into the gathering if desired.

Is alcohol included?

Alcohol service is optional and may be structured to align with your hosting style — from limited curated wine service to a more expansive hosted bar program.

Do you provide facilitation or speakers?

Yes. Firefly can provide in-house speakers for select leadership topics when appropriate.

We also maintain relationships with trusted facilitation partners and executive-level speakers and are happy to recommend or coordinate introductions.

Some groups prefer to self-facilitate, while others engage outside guidance. The structure remains flexible.

Is AV included if we want a presentation?

Core meeting AV is included in your retreat package and is designed to support executive presentations, strategy sessions, workshops, and collaborative discussions.

Package on-site AV includes:

• Two flat-screen TVs with hardwire and wireless presentation capability
• One mobile TV that can be positioned indoors or outdoors as needed. *Paradise Only
• Two+ projection screens with projector connectivity

How is housekeeping handled?

Under the Firefly Retreat Package, shared spaces are refreshed daily to maintain flow and professionalism. Trash is removed and common areas are maintained discreetly.

Individual guest rooms are not serviced during the stay unless requested in advance, preserving privacy and retreat rhythm.

For groups seeking an elevated hospitality layer, a luxury accommodation package may be added; daily room refresh, robes and slippers, espresso service, and additional comfort amenities.

Does the building blocks model change privacy?

No. Privacy remains constant.

Whether structured as a comprehensive Firefly Retreat Package or through an Exclusive Use + Building Blocks approach, the gathering remains a full-property private engagement.

The difference lies in service configuration — not exclusivity.

What group size is ideal?

Firefly gatherings are structured around comfort, privacy, and room configuration.

Paradise offers 13 guest rooms and 9 bathrooms, creating an intimate setting ideal for smaller ownership groups or curated executive gatherings. (24 Beds)

Rock Springs offers 24 guest rooms and 24 bathrooms, allowing for larger leadership teams while maintaining full-property exclusivity. (33 Beds)
