Yes. Your selected Firefly estate is reserved for your celebration during the contracted period, with no competing weddings or unrelated groups sharing the property. This gives planners the freedom to create a connected experience across the estate while giving couples and their guests a true sense of privacy.

Paradise offers 13 guest rooms with 24 individual beds and 9 bathrooms. Its mix of private and shared accommodations works especially well for couples, wedding parties, family members, and close friends who want to stay together on the estate.

Rock Springs offers 24 private en-suite guest rooms with up to 36 individual beds, depending on room configuration. The property includes 4 Suites, 3 Executive Singles, 8 Singles, and 9 Shared Rooms. The Executive Singles can also be reconfigured for double occupancy when additional beds are needed.

For larger wedding groups, onsite accommodations can be combined with nearby hotel options while keeping the Firefly estate at the center of the celebration.

Both Firefly estates offer multiple indoor and outdoor environments that can be used throughout the celebration. Ceremony, cocktails, dinner, dancing, and other gathering moments can be planned across different settings based on the couple’s vision, season, guest experience, and overall design.

Rather than prescribing one standard wedding layout, we work with the planner to determine how the estate can best support the celebration they’re creating.

Yes. Firefly welcomes outside professional vendors, giving planners and couples the flexibility to build the team that best fits their vision, style, and budget.

Outside vendors must meet Firefly’s insurance and property requirements and coordinate access, setup, and logistics in advance. We are happy to work with experienced caterers, florists, rental companies, entertainment professionals, photographers, production teams, and other qualified vendors selected by you and your client.

Bar service is handled separately. Firefly offers its own bar program; if an approved outside bar provider is selected, a bar buyout fee applies.

You bring the team. We give you the estate to create.

Firefly works with the planner in advance to establish vendor arrival, deliveries, setup timing, load-in, breakdown, and property access.

The planner remains the primary point of coordination for the wedding vendor team, while Firefly provides the property information and onsite guidance needed to help everyone work successfully within the estate.

Yes. Entertainment and sound plans should be discussed with Firefly during the planning process so they can be coordinated with the selected estate, event locations, timing, and applicable property guidelines.

Firefly provides the private estate, its existing gathering environments and furnishings, onsite accommodations included in the selected experience, property preparation, and estate support as outlined in the couple’s agreement.

The planner directs the wedding-specific production, including design, décor, specialty rentals, entertainment, floral, vendor coordination, timeline, and other elements required for the celebration.

Specific inclusions are confirmed during the proposal and planning process so responsibilities are clear from the beginning.

Yes. Every Firefly wedding must be professionally planned and coordinated by an experienced wedding planner. The planner leads the wedding timeline, vendors, design, rentals, logistics, and execution, while Firefly focuses on the estate, accommodations, hospitality, and property support.
